Magic by Steve

Magic by Steve’s children’s show is a very interactive and humorous experience… in some ways a tribute to the first magician Steve saw when he was a six-year-old at a friend’s birthday party. That magician told stories; made everyone laugh; did miraculous feats where colorful silks and objects appeared and disappeared — often in his bare hands. He never made anyone feel bad or made fun of and he was a new friend who left everyone exhilarated and feeling that the impossible was actually possible (at least for magicians).

 

Children’s shows are typically about forty-five minutes long at most to accommodate younger audiences’ limitations of attention and comfort sitting still. Including getting started and making animal balloons for everyone when the show is over (depending on the size of the audience). Magic by Steve will fill an hour of your child’s party. Adults are always welcome to watch too.

 

Different groups may see different effects suited and presented for their ages or if they have seen Steve previously. Children who are 12 and older (including Bar Mitzvah audiences) will see more adult-style magic to be sure they are well-fooled and don’t feel they were given the “kiddie table” entertainment that they got when they were “little”.

 

And as always, the magic will be right before their very eyes!
